This picture was taken on St Patrick's day in 2006. I always have the best intentions to be creative on holidays. I have a gal that I work with that loves St Patricks day and goes all out with dinner, decorating her car, dressing up, watching an Irish movie, the works. So yesterday I was telling her that I was going to surprise my kids and at least have green food for dinner. Here is what I did, I made tacos and said "look kids, our lettuce is green just for St. Patricks day!" I know, LAME. Maybe next year.
