Derick became a Priest
Derick, became a Priest, in the Aronic Priesthood today, and now will be able to bless the Sacrament. What a huge step for him. We are so very proud of Derick and his worthiness to hold the priesthood.
Evening In Excellence
The theme for our Young Women’s Evening of Excellence was “The game of life”. With the Scripture, Joshua 1:9 Be strong and of a good courage... We based our night on a football game. We served nachos and licorice. Had pep talks, and cheers. We even got the parents to do the WAVE. The girls brought items from home that were about each of them and some items thatthey have been working on through this year. What a fun night.
Beauty & the Beast
Derick has been working long and hard on Delta High’s performance of Beauty & the Beast. Plenty of nights were from after school until 9:30 10:00 pm. He had a blast though and made lots of new friends.
They all did such an awesome job. Way to go!
