January-March layouts

Kaitlin one week old
Trying a different photoshop technique.  Picture of Tyler with mud on his hand.  We were taking a little stretch break on our way to or from Colorado.  One of our favorite rest stops.

Grandma Evers reading a book to Kaitlin.

I love how Tyler is looking up to his big brother in the picture of them with their missionary tags that they got for Christmas.

We went and had Pizza, one of Derick's favorite foods for celebrating Derick being gone for 100 days.

Tyler's attempt at McGyvering a clothes line when our dryer died.

Derick "Sent" Brooke flowers for Valentines day.  Make sure you read his note.  Brooke came over for the evening to visit and we had our neighbor come an deliver them for her.  He pretended he was from Spain and talked in a Spanish accent and delivered them to her.  It was so fun! and memorable for Brooke.

 Some of Derick's Mission Pictures

My Parents are serving another church mission in the Utah and SLC county areas, documenting records.
 Some Girls Night fun!!!

It's nice to live close to the temple.  Tyler and Kaitlin can go do baptisms for the dead whenever they want.

 Kaitlin turned 14.

Kaitlin and I went on a walk up and around the temple from our home.
Tyler took this picture of my Mom and Dad while he was spending the weekend there.  They are still so much in love.  Such examples to me and my kids.

Tyler turned 16

We are still here!!! Busy, but here.

 Derick's Mission layouts.

Brooke and Derick said, "See You Later" instead of goodbye!

We enjoyed attending Brooke's Piano recital and were super excited when she made it in to the BYU music program!!!

Kaitlin's Christmas Choral Concert.  They did AMAZING!

A new year!  I'm working on a Project 52 where I do a layout every week.  I am focusing on ME! What I am trying to work on, be better at, and just my everyday/ordinary/simple/crazy life.

We got a ping-pong table for the family for Christmas so we all went down for FHE and played.  Tyler also got a dart board and we had fun playing a game of darts.  Tyler was pretty amazed at his mom's sweet move in Ping-Pong.  Mom almost won!

Pirates of Penzance

Derick directed the childrens theater again this year in hopes to earn some money for his mission.  They did the musical, "Pirates of Penzance".  These kids were amazing and put on an awesome performance.

Kaitlin did a super job as one of the cops, which happened to be the part that Derick was when he performed this play years ago.  Kaitlin made a great cop.
