Jr. Prom

Derick took this adorable gal, Paige Johnson to their Jr Prom yesterday. They went with two other couples, Micael Bennett who took Alli Finlinson and Matt Coles took Brooke Finlinson.

They started the day off with a day date put on by the parents/school. It was sort of an “Amazing Race” competition between all the groups.

• First off they did Minute to Win It games
• Headed to the golf course where they had to putt balls in the hole
• Off to the Shooting Range where they had to hit clay pigeons.
• Next to the Bowling alley where two of them had to get strikes
• Then they had to go to 7-11 and the girls had to all drink a 32 oz drink.
• Next they had to get someone to for fill their car up with gas and wash their windows.
• Then off to the Car wash were they had to flag someone down to wash their car.
• And to the Grocery store, where they had to bags someones groceries and take them to their car.
• They ended at the elementary school where they did an obstacle course.

They thought they did pretty good for the most part but ended up taking 4th place.  To finish off their day date they went to the theater and watched a movie. After the movie, they took the girls home to get ready for the big night.

They then went to the Paladium where dinner was served.  After dinner they introduced all of the Junior Class and did the Promenade.  The Fathers danced with their daughter  and after that the Mothers got to dance with their sons.  What a beautiful evening.
