For family night tonight, we had the pleasure of going to our friends Sanjay, Carol, & Olympia’s house for dinner. Sanjay is from India so he made us an authentic Indian dinner. It was absolutely delightful. We had curry chicken with rice, yogurt salad, curry shrimp, & Sanjay's Salad. They taught us how to eat with our hands, the kids had a blast. Kaitlin’s place mat was a disaster by the time she finished, but she had fun. I forgot to take a picture of the drink that they served. It was a lime drink with cilantro & some other spices. It was delicious. Then we had a rice type pudding for dessert with cloves, cardimum, apricots and fresh coconut. Soooooo yummy! They were wonderful hosts and we look forward to doing it again.

That is really cool. I'm not a big fan of Indian food, but some of it is yummy. What a great experience for the kids!
