We made a quick trip to Denver to go support My Aunt Terri at Uncle Darrel's funeral. We had a great time seeing family. I was able to see my Cousin Sara which was the first time in about 12 years. This was the first time that My Grandma and Grandpa were able to meet Brett & Andrea's little boy Jaron.
My Grandma found out recently that she has cancer, so we were grateful to be able to see her and are praying that her treatments go good. She is such a strong person and has a great attitude about everything. They have moved into a smaller place so we were able to their new home. It will be good to make some new memories there.
My parents received permission from their mission president to go to the funeral so it was good to be able to see them too. Only just over a month before they will be coming home from their mission.
The drive there and back was great we had such a good time as brothers and sisters visiting and laughing and getting lost, we always managed to find our way around and make it to where we needed to be though. We had to cut the trip a day short due to snow coming in. Wished we could have stayed a day longer, but it was good to make it home safe.
