We had a get together with about 5 couples in our neighborbood yesterday for dessert. I made four apple cream pies 1 1/2 for our guests and the rest for Kirk to enjoy through the next few days. If the kids and I are lucky enough and ask nicely he might share a little with us. The pie is super easy to make and is always the hit of the party! Try it sometime.
